Action Map for the rest of my life

  • This is a visual representation -- an initial one of what I see I am here to do

  • Over the last few years there is a growing awareness that wherever I look, there exists a huge gap between the "normal world" and "the plausible world". Take any field, and what one sees, experiences is that the state of practice is far behind, what already exists at the frontiers of awareness of the pioneers of that field -- what one can call the state-of-the art.

  • Another way of putting it would be that the technology-in-use is always behind the most advanced theory or actually even early prototypes based on that theory

  • There could be many reasons for this gap. There is a requirement to first acknowledge that such a gap exists. Coaches and leaders get us out of both denial and despair into the world of action!

  • Much inertia needs to be overcome, serious responsibility claiming has to be done inside before the outer journey can begin. Hardly ever can be done alone -- need some help -- divine or divine-in-human-form.

  • I see more clearly now that my role is to be "present" to anyone -- person or organisation, including myself - who is deep in confusion and seeking clarity (more on this loop later).

  • Hardly ever there is a need for new theory / new know-what. What is often required is to put-into-practice that which is already known...that is some bridge needs to be built between what-is-commonly-held-to-be-true and what is actually true at a higher vantage point.

  • At least until one grows to see the illusory nature of limitations -- the walls are out there because they are in here!

  • No matter how advanced the state-of-art is there is always the world of infinite possibilities lying beyond. So while in comparison the State-of-art may look and feel like heaven, compared to the daily living hell, there is still many a wondrous places left to discover!

  • Every state-of-art eventually would become state-of-practice and from that vantage point one would want something even better. So once unleashed from the chains of self-imposed limitations, there is no holding back -- a never ending trek through the Divine Landscape of challenges and blessings

  • An infinity of infinities awaits. And yet it is possible, entirely humanly so, to regress into living hell at any point in time. What one needs is discipline, devotion, and deep Surrender. Paradoxically, they are both causes and effects.
